Leadership TAR

Leadership development is absolutely essential for the future of our association and profession!

Through Leadership TAR, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS^® prepares emerging REALTOR^® leaders in the state, encourages them through retreat-based instruction, and helps them sharpen their leadership skills and personal goals. Participants work together in retreats to build their leadership skills and self-awareness, to join and build a network of peers across the state, and to learn more about the issues and challenges facing the REALTOR^® organization and the real estate industry.
